Sal Enjoys a Snowless Weekend at Sophia's House

This was a great weekend for Sal and me, because we went to visit Sophia!  Very few words are necessary to show how much fun we had!

Sophia with her ukulele - and only one sock.

Now that Sophia is mobile, it's hard to get her to stay in one spot for pictures.  She is fascinated by cameras (and the people holding them), and very soon is crawling over any and all obstacles to get to those cameras (and people).

Contemplating the intricacies of the tuning pegs.

Sal had to get in on the photo session.

Being a model is such tiring work...

While we were enjoying our time in the snowless southern portion of the state, we heard ominous news from the north.  Lots of snow was falling!  On today's drive home, I was thinking about the large quantities of snow that awaited me...  Thank goodness I own a trusty Snow Wolf!  (I will tell more about this wondrous device next time it snows...)

Sal demonstrating the depth of the snow we found when we came home.

Sal and I are eagerly anticipating our next visit with Sophia and her parents!
